La Ciudad is strategically located between 16th Street and 20th Street, north of Van Buren, and adjacent to Interstate 10 near its intersection with State Routes 51 and Loop 202 adjacent to the downtown area and a mere one mile from Sky Harbor Airport.
The campus will accommodate buildings up to 200 feet in height and, with the existing infrastructure, support up to 6 million square feet of research, medical, administrative and specialty-purpose buildings.
The campus development team has already acquired approvals to remove and relocate existing residential at the perimeter of the property.
